1. New Social Listening Module
SocialEcho now includes a Social Listening module, currently supporting X and YouTube.
You can save multiple keywords, and by selecting one, the system will automatically capture related content. Keywords support fuzzy search and are analyzed in real time with AI sentiment analysis. You can filter results by sentiment, relevance, or time.
Ideal for brand reputation management, content and marketing optimization, crisis and complaint monitoring, competitor and trend tracking, and gathering product feedback or customer insights.

2. Auto-Reply to Comments
An auto-reply feature for comments is now available on TikTok and YouTube.
In [Interaction] → [Inbox], toggle [automatic reply] on from the top right corner.
When enabled, the system will automatically reply every hour based on comment content and your preset reply templates, with up to 50 replies per hour.
When turned on for the first time, it will only reply to comments received in the past 3 days.
Under [Sent], you can view the reply source, categorized as:

Other replies
You can filter by single or multiple categories.
Go to [Settings] → [Interaction Management] to set up your reply templates.
Templates support text + emojis, and you can add, edit, or delete them at any time.
Quickly and intelligently answer common user questions, boosting both engagement efficiency and comment management productivity.
3. Multi-Account Authorization for TikTok
If you have multiple TikTok accounts, you can now authorize and switch between them in SocialEcho without logging out of TikTok.
4. Fuzzy Search for Competitor Accounts
In [Add Competitors], you can now search and add competitor accounts to your monitoring list.
Fuzzy search is supported for Telegram, YouTube, and Facebook — enter a keyword to find related accounts across the platform.
5. Updated Time Display
All platforms now display time as [Time + Time Zone].
You can change the time zone in [Settings] → [Team Info] → [Edit].
