I. Batch Release of Major Updates

This batch publishing feature has received a major upgrade: it not only continues to enhance the original multi-platform batch publishing and scheduled publishing capabilities, but also expands to support more platforms, multiple images, and new publishing type settings.

This update enables batch publishing, allowing for the simultaneous distribution of different content to multiple platforms and better adapting to the publishing needs and multi-image/text scenarios of each platform.

1. Supports bulk publishing to YouTube and Pinterest.

SocialEcho has further expanded its bulk publishing platform coverage, now supporting bulk content publishing to YouTube and Pinterest. You can push different video and image assets to multiple channels or boards at once.

2. A single post can support multiple images.

The batch publishing feature breaks through the single-image limitation. With this update, you can upload multiple images in a single post, adjust the image order yourself, and display multiple images and text simultaneously, enhancing content richness and visual appeal.

3. Supports batch import and publishing of documents.

You can now upload multiple documents at once using the batch import function, eliminating the need for manual entry of each document. It supports importing XLS/XLSX format documents, facilitating large-scale content publishing and management.

4. YouTube and Facebook support selecting the posting type.

SocialEcho is deeply adapted to the platform's algorithm rules, allowing users to accurately select different formats such as YouTube Shorts, long videos, or Facebook videos based on the attributes of the content.

5. Batch publishing can display the current time zone and set the publishing interval.

SocialEcho now provides real-time feedback on the current timezone in the posting interface and allows setting fixed posting intervals between multiple posts.

II. Monitoring

1. Added competitor post monitoring and supports replying to competitor post comments.

SocialEcho extends its monitoring reach to competitor activities, supporting real-time capture of competitor activities and comments, and direct participation in interactions.

📍Operation Path

Click on [Monitoring] - [Competitor Posts] - [Add Competitor] in the upper right corner. After adding the competitor, the system will automatically retrieve the competitor's activity, showing video information, account details, post data, update time, etc. Posts can be sorted in ascending or descending order.

Click on "All Posts" in the upper right corner to enter the post comment management page.

You can filter by account/post/comment, and you can also reply to user comments under competitor posts.

• Precise customer acquisition (traffic interception): When users comment "Where can I buy it?", "How much does it cost?" or complain about "poor quality" under competitor posts, brands can quickly reply to the comments through SocialEcho, providing their own alternatives or promotional information.

2. KOL post monitoring supports AI-powered automatic comment replies.

Once logged in, you can set monitoring criteria, filtering user comments by update time, platform, sentiment, intent, keywords, etc., and designate brand accounts for automatic replies. The automatic replies can be generated using AI-generated scripts based on specified templates, or you can use your own prepared scripts. The interactive content will automatically match the user's language, making the interaction more precise and natural.

III. AI Automation

1. Added an AI post management assistant

SocialEcho can automatically like, follow, comment, and share target posts based on keywords and frequency, improving account weight and enhancing activity and exposure. This feature is currently supported on platform X.

Set keywords, select the frequency of operation and the account to operate on, and turn on switches for liking, forwarding, saving, following, and commenting. The AI will then automatically execute the tasks.
