Getting Started

1.Register account

Enter your email address, register, and activate your account in the email.

2.Create team

After completing account registration, you can directly create a team and authorize social media accounts. Once completed, you can manage your social media accounts on SocialEcho.

3.Join the team

Joining a team requires the team administrator to take action. Members must provide their email account or click on the exclusive invitation link sent by the administrator to join the team.

4.Switch team

Click [Switch] at the bottom left of the page to switch between different teams you have joined.

5.View account data

Click [Analyze] - [Profile Performance] to view the total subscribers, number of content published, total impressions, and number of interactions for all authorized social media accounts. All platform data is aggregated in real time to form an intuitive data dashboard for the team to analyze.

6.View post performance

Click [Analyze] - [Post Performance] to view the number of impressions, interactions, etc. for each post in one place.

7.View competitor data

Click [Analyze] - [Competitive analysis] to view various data about competitor accounts and generate visual comparative analyses.

8.Follow-up comments and interaction

Click on “Interaction” to view comments from authorized social media accounts. Each comment will be labeled by AI to identify emotions, intentions, and feedback. The team can filter tags for bulk replies.
