Please read the terms of this Agreement carefully and when you select "I accept", "I agree", "OK", "Continue", "Yes", or install or use or authorize the use of the Software in any way, you fully understand and accept the terms of this Agreement. Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement, especially the terms that exclude or limit the liability in question, and the limitations and exclusions may be prompted to your attention in bolded form. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not click "I accept", "I agree", "OK", "Continue", "Yes", etc. or install or use the Software in any way.
You legally agree to the rules that make these terms binding ("Terms"). You also agree to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Payment Verification Policy, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws that apply to your use of SocialEcho's Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, and other policies made a part of this Agreement by reference. We may change these terms from time to time. If we do so, we will notify you of any material changes by notifying you on the Site or by sending you an email. New versions of these terms will never apply retroactively, and we will tell you the exact effective date of the new version of these terms. By continuing to use SocialEcho after the change, you are accepting the new terms. We reserve any and all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement, including but not limited to any and all rights in the System.
Violation of any of the following terms will result in termination of your account. You agree to use the SocialEcho Software at your own risk.
1. Account Terms
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for a SocialEcho account, or you must be old enough to enter into a binding contract at your location. If you are under 18 years of age, you may not use the SocialEcho software without the consent of a parent or guardian.
You will need to register to use SocialEcho, select an account name and set a password. Your information will be collected and disclosed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
All users are required to provide true and accurate information when registering. Please do not use invalid or other people's emails, as this will reduce the security of your account.
We reserve the right to verify all user information and to reject any user.
You are responsible for all activity in your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
SocialEcho is not responsible for any damages caused by someone else using your password or account, with or without your knowledge.
If you discover that someone has used your account without your permission, it should be reported to support@socialecho.net.
You may not use the SocialEcho Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not use the Software in a manner that violates any laws of your jurisdiction.
2. Prohibited Actions
You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations and shall not use SocialEcho's services and accounts to commit or facilitate any of the following acts:
Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, undermining national unity, or harming national honor and interests
Promoting evil cults and feudal superstitions
Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and destabilizing society
Insulting or defaming others and infringing on their legitimate rights and interests
Infringement of others' intellectual property rights, trade secrets and other legitimate rights
Falsifying facts or concealing the truth in order to mislead or deceive others
Illegal Internet activities such as gambling and gambling games
Other acts that violate public order and morality or are prohibited by laws and regulations
You also promise that:
You will not use any type of software or device (manual or automatic) to "crawl" or "spider" any part of SocialEcho.
You will not disassemble or reverse engineer any of SocialEcho's content.
Violation consequences:
If you commit prohibited acts, or use the SocialEcho Software and Services for any unlawful purpose, SocialEcho reserves the right to impose penalties, take appropriate legal action, and hold you fully liable for any resulting claims, demands, or losses.
3. Fee Terms

Certain features are free; others are paid.
By ordering paid features, you commit to pay the relevant fees.
Prices (including subscription fees) may change at any time.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue any service without notice.
SocialEcho is not liable for modifications, price changes, or suspension/discontinuance.
4. Refund Policy
SocialEcho offers pre-paid subscription packages.
All payments are final — no refunds for paid services.
No refunds or credits for:
Partial months of service
Upgrades/downgrades
Unused months of an open account
No exceptions will be made.
5. Terms and Termination
This Agreement is effective upon acceptance and continues indefinitely unless terminated.
SocialEcho may suspend or terminate your account at any time, leading to deletion of your account and forfeiture of content.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
We may modify, limit, suspend, or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement or applicable law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.
You may terminate your account simply by ceasing to use the Service.
We may also partially restrict your use, including technical support, if misused.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, text, graphics, images, logos, audio, video, and related elements in SocialEcho software are the exclusive property of SocialEcho or its licensors.
All software used is the property of SocialEcho or its suppliers.
Users may not upload or send content that infringes intellectual property rights.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names (“Marks”) are exclusive to SocialEcho.
Marks may not be used with unrelated products or in ways that cause confusion or damage SocialEcho’s reputation.
7. Confidentiality and Feedback
Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle your information.
You agree to keep SocialEcho’s confidential information secret.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide (“Feedback”) will remain the property of SocialEcho.
You assign all intellectual property rights in such Feedback to SocialEcho worldwide.
8. Disclaimer
We recommend frequent data backups.
The software is not fault tolerant and not intended for hazardous environments.
SocialEcho does not guarantee:
Error-free or uninterrupted services
That servers are free of harmful components
Accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of services
SocialEcho is not responsible for disputes between users or between users and third parties.
Use of the Service is at your own risk, and you release SocialEcho from claims related to disputes.
SocialEcho is not liable for damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from use or performance of the software.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions, so limitations may not apply.
In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price you paid for SocialEcho.
9. Third Party Services
Our Services may include links to third-party websites, applications, content, products, and services (“Third Party Sites”).
These are for information only and do not imply endorsement.
We are not responsible for Third Party Sites, their content, or services.
We do not control or monitor such sites for accuracy or legality.
We are not liable for damages resulting from your use of Third Party Sites.
Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.
10. Additional Compliance Terms (YouTube API)
If you access YouTube-related data via SocialEcho:
You agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Terms.
We use the YouTube Data API v3 to retrieve public or authorized data (e.g., subscriber counts, metadata, performance statistics).
We do not collect or use personal data without consent.
You may revoke access anytime via the Google Security Settings page.
We use the term “Subscribers” in accordance with YouTube terminology.
SocialEcho is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
By using SocialEcho features that access YouTube data or provide YouTube-related functionality, you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service:
