Script Library

Description: Pre-create and categorize reply templates and scripts for quick access by humans or AI during communication. Different scripts can be set for comments, private messages, and post assistant comments, and can be accessed in the [Interaction] and [Automation] sections.

1. Add Script:

(1) Single Script: Manually enter the script and tag the script. A maximum of 3 tags can be set for a single script;

 

(2)  Batch Upload: Batch upload of scripts is allowed, only XLSX and XLS formats are supported, and the size of a single file cannot exceed 10MB;

2. Sort Order: Script Serial Number;

3. Content: The specific content of the sales script;

4. Tags: The tag settings for the scripts. Setting tags makes it easier to filter and categorize scripts.

5. Created Time: The time when the script was created;

6. Updated Time: The latest update time of the corresponding script;

7. Actions:

(1) Edit: Allows modification of the script content and settings of the script content tags;

(2) Delete: Delete the corresponding wording;
