5. Batch content publishing

Functionality : Post the same content to multiple social media accounts at once, or post different content to multiple accounts.

Use cases :

1. Single content, multiple accounts: The same content is published on multiple platforms.

1. Click on [Publish] - [Create Post].

   

2. You can choose an account based on the platform or by tags.

3. Edit the text, upload materials, and select the publishing format for different platforms and the first comment.

   

4. Differentiate the content for each platform.

   

5. Preview the post.

   

6. Save as a draft or schedule a timed release or release immediately.

1. Click [Publish] - [Batch Publish]

   

2. Click on "Add Media" to upload videos or images in batches.

   

3. Select all the content rows (one content row is equivalent to one post), click "Assign Account", and select the account to post to.

   

4. Click on "Edit Content".
   

   ① To batch modify the same content, you can also write the text in advance and import it in batches using an Excel template in the "Import Content" section .

   

   ② Use AI to create and optimize copywriting content across different platforms in batches.

   ③ Batch add hashtags. The system automatically reads commonly used hashtags from historical posts, and manual addition is also supported.

   ④ Add the first comment to a post with one click (your own account comments on your own post).

   
   

   ⑤ Batch modify post options (attributes) on the same platform.

5. Click on [Publish Settings] to set up a scheduled task. You can publish at the system's recommended time or customize the scheduled publication time.

   

6. Execute the release task
