Overview: The 【Automation】 section consists of three pages: 【Management】, 【Statistics】, and 【AI Leads】. On the Management page, you can create and control automated processes; on the Statistics page, you can check the actual operation of the processes; and on the AI Leads page, you can view, filter, and export identified potential leads.
I. Management : Creating and Controlling Processes

【Management】is the main control panel for automation. The left side of the page is used to filter by automation type and start/stop status, the top is used to filter by platform, search for process names, or create new processes, and the right side displays process descriptions, running status, and operation buttons.
1. Automated processes
After clicking "Create Automation", you can select the following process types according to your business objectives.

2. Function buttons

(1) Social Media Platforms/Accounts: Click on Social Media Platforms/Accounts to view the automated processes related to the current platform or account;
(2) Search by process name: Search for created automated processes by process name;
(3) Create Automation: Click to enter and select to create different automation processes;
(4) Automation type: View the six types of processes and their quantities. The quantity is the number of processes within the current filter range;
(5) Status: You can switch between all, enabled or disabled status, and view the automated process under the current status;
(6) Rename: Customize the name of the automated process to make it easier to identify the created automated process;
(7) Run immediately: Run the automated process once immediately;
(8) Automation process switch: Select whether to enable the current automation process;
(9) More:
① Edit: View or modify the settings of the automated process;
② Operation Log: View the operation records of the corresponding automated process;
③Delete: Delete this automated process;
④ Copy: Copy the created automated workflow. After copying, you can use it after making minor edits, reducing repetitive setup steps ( the copy function is only available for the [AI Rewrite and Synchronize] workflow ).
II. Statistics: Automated Process Operation Status

The statistics show the status of automated operations, which are divided into total number of runs, monthly runs, and daily runs. The statistics also display the number of times each automation is enabled and the number of runs for each of the six automation types.
(1) Total number of runs: The total number of times the team has recorded automated runs in the past;
(2) Monthly Operations: The number of operations from the 1st of each month to the current date;
(3) Daily Operations: The number of operations within the current calendar day;
(4) Activation status: The activation status of processes under this type. You can directly view the number of processes that are currently enabled/disabled;
III. AI Clues: Viewing, filtering, and exporting potential clues

This section centrally displays candidate leads identified by the AI Lead Gathering Assistant from comments on authorized accounts, private messages from authorized accounts, or comments from other accounts. Each record displays the source, analysis results, AI hints, AI score, and entry status; the left-hand filter and top search are used to narrow down the search.
