1. Create a brand: Create a brand profile, which can be used as reference content for subsequent AI creation;

2. Relearn: After uploading new knowledge sources, let the AI relearn and generate the profile content. Additionally, if you are not satisfied with the current profile content learned by the AI, or if the generated profile content differs significantly from the actual content, you can click "Relearn" to let the AI relearn and generate the profile content.

3. Editing: Manually modify the file content;

4. Delete: Deletes the current brand file. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered.

5. Knowledge Sources: Brand content can be added via links, files, and text, and AI will analyze and learn to generate brand profile content;

(1) Link: Enter the web address. You can enter the company's official website. The AI can analyze and learn from the information on the official website and generate content;

(2) Files: Upload files related to your company and brand for AI analysis and content generation. Supports PDF/DOCX/TXT file formats, with each file not exceeding 10MB.

(3) Text: Enter the brand introduction, product description or tone description in text format. The content cannot exceed 50,000 characters.

6. Basic Information: Basic information about the brand;

7. Contact Information: You can enter official contact information or customer service contact information for easy reference in automated scenarios;

8. Brand Tone: The specific emotions, attitudes, and expressive style that a brand displays in communication; it is the linguistic manifestation of the brand's personality. Once set, AI-generated content will also be created based on the brand tone.

9. Compliance and Taboos: The brand's compliance information notes can be set, and taboo words and sensitive topics can be set to prevent the AI from using related sensitive information when creating content;
