6. Reply to comments/private messages

Function: Unify the management of interactive messages across all social media accounts

Operating procedures :

1. Enter the [Interaction].
2. Go to the [Comments], [Messages], or  [Mention] page
3. Screening platform
4. Click on the message to reply.
5. Whether you use a pre-set script or manually enter a reply, the system will automatically sync it to the corresponding platform.
6. Export comments in the top right corner

   

7. Turn on auto-reply, complete the settings, save and enable, and the system will start auto-reply.
