Overview: The "Monitoring" section allows you to centrally view monitored KOLs/posts, competitor posts, and keyword results, and filter data based on platform, account, and date criteria.


Prerequisites

  • KOLs/posts need to add the target post (link) to their monitoring list first.
  • To view competitor posts, you need to add the competitor's account first. To monitor keywords, you need to add the keywords and select an available account.
  • Due to the limitations of the interfaces provided by different platforms, the platforms that can be used under different function pages may vary.

 

KOLs/Posts

This page is used to view the content and account behavior that have been included in the monitoring scope.

Operation Tips: Content-related operations are provided on the right side of the list. Before performing refresh, remove, or other operations, please confirm the target row to avoid affecting the monitoring data being used by team members.

  1. At the top, you can select the posts that have been monitored based on the platform.
  2. Click on "Export" to save the data of the currently selected monitored posts.
  3. Click on "All Posts" to view detailed comments for monitored posts. It supports searching by account, article, and keyword, and also supports exporting comments for data analysis.

  1. Clicking on the number of impressions, likes, and shares allows you to view the post's daily data or see the trend in chart form; you can add information in the notes section to facilitate future searches or collaborations .

 

Competitor posts

The Competitor Posts page aggregates publicly available content from added competitor accounts, facilitating observation of competitor posting patterns and engagement. It supports filtering by platform, exporting results, and adding competitors.

  1. At the top, you can select monitored accounts based on the platform or individually.
  2. Click on "Add Competitors" and follow the on-screen instructions to select or add accounts that you wish to monitor continuously.
  3. Compare competitor posts in the list based on their exposure, likes, shares, comments, and update time.
  4. Use the "Export" function to save the current results for periodic reviews or team reports.
  5. Click on "All Posts" to view detailed comments for monitored posts. It supports searching by account, article, and keyword, and also supports exporting comments for data analysis.

 

Keywords

The keyword page is used to track the relevant content of specified words on supported platforms. The left side displays a list of keywords, while the right side allows you to select the platform, operating account, and sorting options, as well as view matching content and sentiment categories.

  1. Click on "Add" to create the keywords you want to track.
  2. Select keywords on the left, or use the search box to quickly locate them.
  3. Different platforms can sort according to different dimensions.
  4. AI can label posts as positive, negative, or neutral based on their sentiment, and can monitor the status of its own products or competitors' products, as well as view public reviews.
