7. Manage your team

Functionality: Manage team settings, members, and permissions

Team management responsibilities :

  1. Team settings: Modify name, time zone, and description
  2. Member Management: Invite and remove team members
  3. Permission Assignment: Set the operation permissions for members.
  4. Account grouping: Categorizing and managing social media accounts

Operation entrance :

  • Team Switching

    Toggle button next to the team name in the bottom left corner of the page

  • Team settings

    [Management] → [Team Information] → [Edit], modify the team name and time zone.

  • Member Management

    [Team Information] → [Add Member], enter the member's email address, and you will receive an email with the username and initial password. The member will be automatically added to the team after logging in.
