Comment settings

Includes AI tagging and translation settings. AI tagging can identify the sentiment and intent of customer comments, and users can choose to tag all comment data or comment data after a specified date; translation settings allow separate control over the translation language of received and sent content.

Figure 4: AI tags and translation settings for comments.

1. AI Tagging: When enabled, comments will be tagged with sentiment and intent. This allows for quick identification of user sentiment or intent based on the tags, and the AI Comment Assistant in the Automation section can also reply to target customers based on the corresponding tags.

Affected sections:

  • Comments on posts under authorized accounts;
  • [Interaction] - Comments when someone mentions a user in the comments section (@mentioned);
  • [Monitoring] - Comments in [KOLs/Posts];
  • [Monitoring] - Comments in posts under [Competitor Accounts]

2. Comment Translation: The translation function in [Interaction] - [Comments] can be toggled globally, allowing you to freely set the language of the translation and the language of the reply.

Note: The translation function can also be set individually in a single comment conversation, and can be enabled or disabled separately.

Private message settings

Similar to the comment settings, it also offers AI tags, tag ranges, and settings for receiving/sending translations.

Figure 5: AI tags and translation settings for private messages.

AI Tagging: When enabled, it will tag private messages from authorized accounts with sentiment and intent. This allows for quick identification of user sentiment or intent based on the tags, and the AI Private Message Assistant in the Automation section can also reply to target customers based on the corresponding tags.

Comment Translation: You can toggle the translation function in the 【Interaction】-【Private Message】 settings globally, and freely set the language of the translation and the language of the message.

Note: The translation function can also be set individually in a single private message conversation, and can be enabled or disabled separately.
