I. Al DM Agent

Main purpose: To automatically reply to private messages received by authorized social media accounts;

Supported platforms: TikTok, Facebook, Instagram;

Applicable scenarios: monitoring private messages, enabling automatic response and reply, and reducing the need for repetitive manual replies;

Note: TikTok's private messaging feature is only available for business accounts. Accounts in the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the European Economic Area cannot use it due to official policies.

 

II. Function Introduction

1. Rename: Give the automated process a custom name;

2. Monitoring conditions:

(1) Time limit: Restricts the reply to private messages within a specified number of days;

(2) Monitoring Platform: Select the social media platform or designated social media account that AI needs to monitor and respond to;

(3) Triggering conditions: Set the conditions for triggering AI automatic reply. Under the same type of tag/keyword, it is sufficient to meet any one tag/keyword. Under different types of conditions/keywords, they must be met simultaneously.

3. Reply content:

(1) AI reply: The reply content is generated by AI, and the contact information can be set. The reply is translated according to the language of the user's private message;

(2) Script library: Respond based on the content of the created script library;

4. Matching method:

(1) Random matching: Randomly send the selected script content;

(2) AI matching: AI selects the most appropriate response from the script library based on the content of the private message;

5. More settings:

(1) Automatic translation: Select the language of the reply, and translate and reply accordingly;

(2) Matching preferences: When the AI is matching dialogue, tell the AI additional preferences;

(3) Script library: Select or edit scripts for replying;

6. Rule flow: Current settings and explanation of the automated process;

7. Reply Test: Simulate private message messages to test the content of the automatic response. The settings of the automation process can be readjusted based on the response content.

Why is there no automatic reply to private messages?

① It is necessary to confirm whether the automated process has selected tags and set keywords. Automatic reply will only be triggered if the conversation meets the set conditions at the same time.

② After selecting the tags, you need to verify whether the AI tag function is enabled. Enable it in 【Management】-【Team Information】-【Private Message Settings】-【AI Tags】.

 

Why can't I find the corresponding account after authorizing the TikTok account?

A: It is necessary to check whether the authorized TikTok account is a business account. Only TikTok business accounts support sending and receiving private messages, and due to official TikTok policies, accounts in the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the European Economic Area cannot currently be authorized to use private messages.
