Overview: The "Analysis" section allows you to centrally view the data performance of social media accounts, posts, competitors, and stores, and filter, compare, and export data by platform and time range to help you continuously optimize your content operation strategy.


Prerequisites

The data analysis comes from connected social media accounts and published posts. If no account is connected or no content has been published, the page will display "No data available".

 

I. Platform Report

The platform report is used to view the overall operational performance of connected social media accounts within a specified time frame. (Basic version supports 180 days, Team version supports 360 days)

  1. Select the platform you want to view, or select "ALL" to view all platform data.
  2. Choose the statistical range and time granularity, such as viewing all historical data or by day.
  3. Set the start and end dates, then click the refresh button to update the data.
  4. Click ‘’Share Report to quickly generate a report based on the selected account, time period, and data range, and share it with team members or clients.
  5. Click on "Export Report" to export the data based on the current filter criteria.

The report will display total followers, number of content posts, total impressions, number of interactions, and comparisons of each metric with the previous period. The "Account Details" section at the bottom of the page allows you to view total followers, net follower growth, number of content posts, impressions, interactions, and interaction rate by social media account.

 

II. Post Report

The post report is used to view the data performance of published content within a specified time range. After selecting the platform and date range, you can view the data for the corresponding post; if there are no published posts yet, the page will prompt you to go to the "Publish" page to create content.

① Click “Share Report” to quickly generate a report based on the selected account, time period, and data range, and share it with team members or clients.

② Click on "Export Report" to save the post data within the current scope, which will be helpful for future review and reporting.

③ Switch to ‘List View’ to display the data in a list format.

III. Competitive Analysis

Competitive analysis is used to compare the operational performance of your own account with that of competitor accounts.

  1. Select the two accounts you want to compare.
  2. Set the statistical range, time granularity, and date range.
  3. View the comparison results of fan, content, and interaction data, and export reports as needed.

The competitor analysis section displays total followers, net follower growth, average daily posts, average daily impressions, average daily interactions, average daily interactions per post, impressions, interactions, and interaction rate. The page also provides account details and a list of the top 5 most interactive posts, making it easy to reference the impressions, likes, comments, and shares of highly interactive content.

IV. Shop Report (TikTok Shop)

The store report is used to view the data performance of the store's related accounts. After selecting the statistical range and date range, you can view key metrics such as transaction volume, order volume, product sales, and click volume, and export the report.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why is there no data on the page?

A: Please confirm that the corresponding social media account is connected and that there is synced or published content within the account. Data updates may take some time; please refresh the page later.

2. Why can't I export the report?

A: Please first select a valid data range and confirm that there is available data under the current filtering conditions.

3. How do I view the performance at different time periods?

A: Set the start and end dates at the top of the report, and then click the refresh button to view the data for the corresponding time range.

4. Can I view the historical data of the authorized account?

A: In the platform report, apart from the number of content published which can be read historically, all other data can only be read after an account is authorized. Daily data before authorization cannot be read.

5. Is the post data updated in real time?

A: The update frequency will vary depending on when the post was published.
